Graco Shelby Classic 4 in 1 Convertible Crib

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

When parents and grandparents first come across the Graco Shelby Classic convertible crib they think it is too good to be true. They start looking for the catch and potential flaws. They simply cannot believe that such a stylish, functional crib would sell at such a reasonable price. This is because most retailers tend to market the Shelby Classic a bit lower in price than other convertible cribs.

Let’s take an honest look at what consumers have experienced with this crib to date. You can then decide whether it is worth the savings or if you would rather pay more for something else.

Putting the Crib Together

Getting the Graco Shelby Classic convertible crib together should be easy and fast. Most people can get it together in less than an hour, even if only one person is doing the work. It does require some very simple tools which most people have on hand so assembly should never be a problem.

Graco Victoria Non Drop Side 5 In 1 Convertible Crib

Tuesday, September 27th, 2011

I would have appreciated having the guard rail to turn this crib into a daybed for toddlers, but it is still an exceptional crib for the price. I love the way it looks! It is very solid and safe for but it is the appearance that really gets me. When fitted with sheets and bumpers it is absolutely gorgeous!

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put the crib together. I didn’t need any tools at all and it didn’t take very long. The headboard is absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to have it put together and standing solid in the nursery.

Europa Baby Geneva Convertible Crib

Tuesday, September 20th, 2011

To begin with, we went to Babies R Us looking for Babi Italia cribs.  This crib is manufactured by La Jobi, but for much  less money.  We eventually purchased the crib, changing table and mattress for about $185.  We were able to get it shipped to our home in less than a week for only ten dollars.

I read the reviews that claimed that there were scratches and that it was difficult to assemble, but I did not have this problem.  The only suggestion that I would have to make things run smoother is to use a screwdriver that has interchangeable bits and and use a allen head bit to help with the numerous screws.

In total, my wife and I took about forty five minutes to assemble the bed and changing table.

Delta Shelby Crib

Tuesday, September 13th, 2011

The crib was better than I expected.  The frame, which took my husband only 2 hours to assemble from beginning to end, is beautiful.  It is not that hard to make adjustments and I am happy with the outcome.  The only thing I would say to people and think that it should be addressed in the manufacturer’s  description is that  the changing table only connects to the right side of the crib.  This is not a negative thing, but when you plan your nursery, this is something that would be good to know.  Eventually, we had to change all of our plans.  But, basically, I am happy with it and give it 5 stars. In addition, the price was good and I did not see that anything was sacrificed for the savings.

Delta Canton 4-In-1 Convertible Crib

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

There are a lot of reasons to love the Delta Canton 4-in1 convertible crib and it all starts with affordability. While many other convertible cribs force you to purchase toddler bed rails separately, you get that rail with this crib on the first purchase. That means you have everything you need on head when it comes time to turn the crib into a toddler bed for your growing baby.

The Delta Canton convertible crib is also a bit shorter than other cribs on the market today. This may not be a good thing for all parents, but for those on the short side it makes it much easier and safer to lay a small baby in the crib or lift them out. The mattress does adjust to different heights so those shorter than 5′5″ may still have to go up on tippy toe when reaching down to the lowest setting with a smaller child.

Stork Craft Tuscany 4-in-1 Crib

This baby crib was in fact bought to be a Xmas gift for our granddaughter. We were somewhat anxious regarding it because we weren’t able to confirm the fit of the mattress. I bought to complement it or even examine the crib with regards to standard of manufacturing, and so forth.

Mom and dad adore it and so does the little one. They let me know she went to sleep the moment they put her to bed - a task that is certainly often a lot more time-consuming. They’re extremely pleased with the fabrication, the simplicity of putting your unit together, and also the “real softness” of the wood.

I purchased this mattress and crib on December 3, in 2010 - the mattress ended up being delivered on December 10 and then the crib on December 13 - which means that shipping and delivery was basically well within what was expected.

Graco Pack-n-Play

Tuesday, August 30th, 2011

This is a great thing to have if you want to be mobile.  The great thing about this is that I usually don’t even mess with assembly things, and yet I was able to put this together myself.  I’m extremely happy with the purchase.  I think this is worth the money.  This is great for people that need to start allowing their babies to sleep by themselves.  They gave us just what we needed.  It’s also small enough to fit through doors, and it’s easy to move around because it has wheels.

This is great to take around you if you’re going to visit with family or friends.  This is an excellent bassinet to have when you’re visiting, and you want to keep the baby off the floor.

Davinci Emily Crib

My husband and I decided to finally get our crib together, and we were pleased that it only took an hour.  At first, I didn’t completely understand the instructions, but once you start getting it together, it’s easy.  What I would tell others is to the crib together in the nursery.  My husband wanted to do this in front of the TV thinking that this is going to take hours.  Because it was so easy to put together, we ended up creating more work for ourselves.  It would have been easy for us to just set this up in the room in the first place!  You’ll be surprised to find out how beautiful the crib is.  The color actually looks like the pictures you see online.  The crib is sturdy and the mattress fits perfect.  You need to know that the wood can be scratched easily, so be sure to be careful with it.  I love this crib!

This crib is very unique, modern, and beautiful without having a hefty price tag. I wanted a crib that was function as well as modern looking without payiin an arm and a leg. This crib met my needs perfectly.

Being 5′1″ I found that this crib is a great size. If meets just above my waist. It is easy for me to put my son in and get him out of the crib with its height. Other standard cribs are difficult for me. I also love the storage provided by the drawer underneath the bed. It is a great place to keep extra crib sheets and blankets!

Baby Bjorn Travel Crib

Tuesday, August 9th, 2011

I really think Baby Bjorn should send me a new bed or a check for free, because I endorse this crib so much! Every time I hear of someone expecting a baby, I mention this crib to them, even if I don’t know the people. Most think that the only bed for travel is a pack and play but there are other options, and the only way I found out about the Baby Bjorn myself was by doing tons of research. I hated using the pack and play with my first baby, but this product wasn’t out then. Pack and plays are so big and bulky and take forever to put up and take down (time that I don’t have, especially with a baby).
