I used a sleepy wrap, and could carry my 20lbs+ son about for ages, the tying takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's much less difficult than I'd imagined. I wished I'd used it since birth as he'd have been much more used to it, I only used it a little bit as he was older and wouldn't stay in it for as long as I'd hoped. I'd get another if I ever had another baby - have now given the sleepy wrap to my sister for her baby due in July.<br><b>References : </b><br> A wrap or sling is better for baby’s spine/hips.
