Reviews of the Kolcraft Contours Options 3 Wheeler Stroller
Real Reviews Submitted by Real Users!
Today we decided to upgrade and get a new stroller as opposed to the old hand-me-down we used to own.
Our first impression is that it's extremely big. Even when you fold it down, the Kolcraft Contours Options 3 is
still pretty large. It's also very smooth when strolling through the neighborhood. So my son enjoys the ride, which
makes our walks much more enjoyable.
The wheel base is long so it offers a wider turning radius. I'm pretty sure it tickled my 13-month old's belly
the first time around. Why? Well, he seemed a bit frightened, but eventually he really started enjoying it. Since
we're a bit taller than the average parent it's nice to see that it comes with a great height. I will never have to
hunch over to push a stroller ever again.
One of the biggest issues I have with every stroller is just putting it together. One of the best parts of the
Kolcraft Contours Options 3 Wheeler Stroller II is that it only took about a half hour to assemble. It definitely
came with a lot of pieces, but the instructions were extremely easy to use.
What it all comes down to is I'm excited to take my son for a walk every night after work!
Most parents to take their kids out for walks in the snow, but when you have a stroller like this it's a bit
easier. The only problem I see is that the front wheel is a bit small to handle vast amounts of snow. Other than
that I would consider this to be the perfect stroller. Overall I've probably been through 7 or 8 different
ones.
You will also find that it's quite affordable, and it comes with a reversible seat. This is great, because my
son can see me and I can see him at all times. Plus, when he gets a bit older you can reverse the seat so your son
or daughter is facing to the front.
I've been sitting here trying to think of all the negatives associated with the Kolcraft, but the only thing I
can come up with is the "snow thing." If I start getting picky then I would say that I need an adjustable
handlebar, but it does work great the way it is now. This is actually my second Contours. We ended up selling the
first one after our daughter grew out of it, but once we had our son it was time to get another one.
If anyone is addicted to strollers it has to be me. I even head out to the local stores and look through all the
options when I don't really need one. The biggest reason is I'm always worried there is something better out there.
However, when it comes to the Kolcraft Contours I would definitely recommend it. Some of the features include a one
hand recline, reversible seat, a huge basket, and a parent tray. These are great for all the necessities for your
trip whether it's around the block or at the mall. I still wouldn't give it a 5 star rating, but only because I
think the canopy should be like the older version. It could be adjusted in all different directions, and it had a
baby tray. I wouldn't definitely be happier they would combine them both, but beggars can't be choosers. Regardless
of my own "pickiness" this is by far my favorite stroller to date.
Our youngest is a little over 2 years old and she's pretty big. In fact, it would be safe to say she's about to
outgrow the seat. What it comes down to is the stroller looks great, it's easy to push along and can be reversed so
your child knows where you are at all times. Keep in mind; it's a bit heavy and a little difficult to fold. Our
babysitters usually struggle with it as well, so we just give them one of those cheap umbrella strollers instead.
So when you're out purchasing a new stroller we recommend consider this into your decision.
