 We bought this Smart Support backpack when we decided to travel to Italy.  One of our main concerns is that the roads in Italy have cobbled streets, and these aren't exactly conducive to carrying around a stroller.  I have a child who is 13 months old, and weighs 23 pounds.  They actually were comfortable when we were carrying them around in the backpack.  We were able to use our hands, which is helpful for us because we needed maps to get around.  I was also concerned that my baby would be able to get a nap, and my baby had no problem falling asleep whatsoever.  This enabled time for us to be able to take in all the sites and to secure shopping.  We're happy to report that this is a light weight backpack.  And beyond the weight of your baby, you won't feel it.  We're so glad that we are able to enjoy our vacation with this backpack.

This is a great backpack for me because I'm an extremely tall woman, and I have a medium frame.  I'm happy to report that this backpack fit me extremely well.  However, a small person should know that this backpack would be just as comfortable for them.  Believe it or not, I'm able to take two-hour hikes with my seven month old baby, and I don't have any problems with pain in my shoulders and my back.  If a person wants to take their baby hiking, then you should know that there is a cover that will be able to keep your baby comfortable, and it is also removable.  The interior of this adjusts to the size of your baby so this way, as my child grows bigger, I can make adjustments to carry him.  The greatest part about this is not only does this backpack have everything that I need, but it's at a price that I can afford.  I give this a thumbs up!

My 19 month old son has been carried around in this backpack ever since I've had it.  This backpack is especially great for carrying your baby in the sun, because it does have a built in sunshade.  People should know that this backpack cost a little bit less than some of the others, but it is an extremely effective product.  If you're looking for a backpack to carry your baby around town, or to go on hikes, then I would have to say that I recommend this product.
