Okay, before we even get started,  let me say that I'm a little bit of a product nerd.  To this end, I went to a lot of baby stores and I tried on a lot of carriers.  Of course I had to test it with my baby inside.  We have carriers of another brand.  Howeve,r in having said this, this new brand is going to be my new carrier of choice.  Before you do anything, just make sure that you read the instructions, and that you're getting the back support for your needs.  You're going to have to learn what feels great for you, but once you get it in place, you'll be fine.  As it turns out, my baby likes this carrier.  I want to recommend the baby Bjorn carrier cover, because it keeps the baby dry and warm.

As part of our baby gift registry, we got this carrier as a gift.  While checking out other models, I knew what to expect even before I got this.  I am so glad that someone was able to get this for us, because I love it.  I love it so much, I would give this to another mother is a gift.  I carried my 23 pound baby around in it as we went to the museum.  Not only did I feel good, but my baby enjoyed herself in it.  I thought that since she was a little bit on the large side that we might be pushing it, but she did just fine in it.  I love it because I'm able to take my baby around in areas where a stroller would just be too impractical.  We will actually use this for an upcoming airplane flight.  My husband even likes it, and he likes to wear it.  I have to say that it took me a little bit time to figure out how to use it.  I really had to go over the directions and I think that you actually need to see someone else wear it, so that you can get the hang of it.  However, once you understand how to wear it, you won't be having any further problems.  At this point, our daughter is a walker, but when she wasn't able to walk, this was definitely the carrier for us.

My niece has one of these carriers, and she's taken the baby with her on a skiing vacation.  We got it after a couple of days of ordering it.  Our niece is so happy with it, and she can't feel the weight of the baby when she was using it.  I'm glad my niece got it right away, and that she's able to get great use from it.
