1. When I had my baby shower two years ago, I was lucky enough to get my 2008 model as a gift. I was able to
assemble it myself quite easily. I have been regularly using it ever since then. I normally jog about ten to twelve
miles every week, and I am happy to say that it is still working like new. I enjoy jogging up quite a few hills,
and I must say the jogger would maneuver a lot easier if it had a useful hand break. It works equally well in the
countryside as it does in town, on the beach and even on camping. The snap and go car seat was really great for my
son when he was smaller, and now that I have another baby this car seat is still working well. We are now on the
lookout for a nifty double jogger that I can use, but for now I am using this jogger while hubby watches our other
son.
There is a 12 inch swivel wheel that locks in well while in jogging mode
The sun shade can block the sun at any angle as it is not fastened to the handle bar
It is able to fit through most doorways - perfect for shopping!
There is a nice sized basket underneath
It comes with a car seat as well as a snap and go base
It comes with a handy wrist strap used for jogging
All in all, I am happy with this bare-basics jogging stroller that works well in walking as well as jogging mode
and it has certainly been durable for my money. If anyone is looking for a basic jogger with no extras, I recommend
this one.
2. I got my Travel System in 2007, and both my children have used it. The stroller is just great and goes easily
through doorways, and the car seat snaps in neatly. We decided to get a jogging stroller in place of a regular one
because we can take it in snow, on off road, or even over dirt. My son grew into the seat and it's great with a lot
of storage space and cupholders and more. There is a base in which the seat fits, so getting the seat in and out of
my car and the suv is easy, but it can be a bit of a pain if you are in a friend's car and you have to use their
regular seatbelt. My children outgrew it before it needed to be turned around, but the base can be easily rotated
to make it face forward. I like the fact that it will snap easily into both the stroller and the base.
3. I have had the stroller system since before my first child was born. I had decided not to get a heavy, bulky
travel system like all the Graco ones seem to come out in, and instead opted for a snap-and-go all- terrain
stroller. It's now a year later, and I'm so glad I did!
The Carrier/Car Seat is just great! It is well padded and lightweight, and there is a triangle handle that
allows you to get a really firm grip from whatever angle you're at. There is a large sunshade that isn't attached
at the back - perfect for keeping the sun off baby's face at any given time. The fabric of the seat might not be as
plush, but nevertheless it still cleans easily and kept the cushion perfectly, even after a year. Now that my child
is fourteen months old I will have to replace this carrier with a convertible car seat, so it's going to be sad
saying goodbye to it.
All in all, I have to say that it is the best jogger system for price range, and on a functional level is
comparable to other higher end joggers.
