Reviews of the BOB Revolution Stroller

1. One of the reasons we purchased the BOB Revolution Stroller is because we live on a dirt road. We love taking
walks in the park and on trails, so something with bigger wheels is a necessity.
Now that we've had time to enjoy it we couldn't be happier. It's very smooth thanks to the air filled tubeless
tires and rear shock absorber. It turns on a dime and seems to glide on hard surfaces, grass, and even sand or
rocky paths. Plus, since the tires are made of rubber it doesn't make a sound on the hard surfaces.
Since we use the recommended car seat carrier with optional mount; the stroller is good for any infant to a
large toddler. This means we are going to enjoy it for a long time.
It's very easy to collapse as well. If you have to remove a wheel or two they come off with a twist of a lever.
The front wheel can be locked in a straight line for you joggers out there. Even if you're doing a little
quick-walking it's a no-brainer.
2. We like to think of this as an off-road stroller. It's crazy all the places it can go; trails, sidewalks,
grass fields, etc. It's also great for running and walking. If I had a complaint it would have to be that it's hard
to get in my VW Jetta!
Over the last two years I've been logging about 20+ miles a week with this stroller. It's all pavement walking
and jogging, but I love it! It started with the infant car seat adapter, and then went to the store-bought setup.
It's great that the stroller can actually grow with your child. There isn't much maintenance either, except for
keeping the tires inflated and some hinge lubrication here and there. In the end it still runs like new.
It's definitely not the cheapest option out there, but you are paying for a high-end design and materials as
opposed to a brand name. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.
3. The BOB Revolution Stroller is the only option we've used for our second child. In the beginning we bout the
car seat adapter, but now he sits in the regular stroller with sheepskin (also by BOB). The shock absorbers on it
are fantastic and the overall system is as durable as can be. When you look at the weight ratings it provides more
than most of the other strollers out there. If you're out in the sun then the canopy really covers it well.
However, the basket is hard to get into when the seat is fully reclined, but that's normal. If you have a smaller
child the seat won't recline too far either. We have a Honda Odessy and this still seems to take up a fair amount
of room. We also agreed that a clip or tie would help if we wanted to get the stroller in and out of the car.
Sometimes it will come open mid-way through. Our recommendation is a Velcro strap.
4. If you're an "on-the-go" family like we are then the BOB stroller is a great choice. It offers plenty of
versatility, but the instruction manual didn't seem very clear. Well, it's probably just me.
5. Our son is almost 3 months old now and he loves going for long walks. If your child is a lot like him then
the BOB stroller is definitely the perfect choice. The dog goes with us as well, so it's nice to have a stroller
that allows you to push, turn freely, and hold a leash at the same time. The stroller itself has been over smooth
paved roads, grass, dirt, rocks, and even mixed terrains. Due to our variety of areas it's nice to have something
with higher handlebars then you would see on most strollers. This means no leaning over to push. It also comes with
a canopy that is one of the biggest we've ever seen, so there is never a worry about the sun getting in his eyes or
on his face and skin. It's a complete weather shield and the cup holders as well as the insert are must-haves. It's
safe to say we will be using BOB strollers in the future since it's the only one we'll ever recommend to friends
and family.
